About The Granary Rooms
The Granary Rooms provide private, well-presented therapy and consultation rooms for hire in Leighton Buzzard.

The rooms are suitable for counsellors, psychotherapists, psychologists, hypnotherapists and other consultation-based practitioners, as well as professionals such as nutritionists.

The focus is on providing a clean, comfortable and professional environment that supports consistent client work. Most rooms are arranged for one-to-one sessions, with a larger room also available for small groups of up to four people.

Flexible booking options are available, including hourly, half-day and full-day hire, with both regular and ad-hoc bookings accommodated where availability allows.
Viewing & Registration
Practitioners interested in using the rooms are welcome to arrange a viewing to discuss availability, room suitability and booking requirements.

Once registered, practitioners are able to book rooms in line with agreed access arrangements and availability, via a dedicated online booking system. The process is intended to be straightforward and flexible, while ensuring the space remains professional and well managed for all users.
Booking & Room Use
Rooms can be booked on an hourly, half-day or full-day basis depending on availability.

Most practitioners use the rooms on a regular basis for ongoing client work, although ad-hoc bookings can also be arranged where suitable.

Practitioners are expected to use the rooms professionally and respectfully, helping to maintain a clean, quiet and reliable environment for both clients and other room users.

1 Hour Day (8am - 5.30pm) - £12
1 Hour Evening (6-9pm) - £15
Half Day AM (8am - 12.30pm) - £32.50
Half Day PM (1pm - 5.30pm) - £32.50
Full Day (8am - 5.30pm) - £60
Evening Session (6-9pm) - £35
Full Day & Evening (8am - 9pm) - £85
